The hotel rooms were immaculate, well-decorated, and comfortable providing a warm atmosphere. The service was courteous and helpful, although it took quite some time to be served at the bar. The location is very convenient, accessible from the main train station, and offers an incredible view of the Eiger mountain.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and the king size bed with hardwood floors was such a nice touch. The linens were so cozy that I ended up sleeping with the balcony doors open to stay cool. However, noise isolation could be improved. The bathroom with both a shower and tub was a great convenience.
